Returns

To return a product, you must first email us at rma@tekdis.com.au to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. In order to receive RMA # the customer will be required to provide serial # and a brief description of the fault. Customer must also advise what components are included with the RMA, such as RAM, SSD, LTE, etc. or can state "Unit returned as purchased". Returned goods cannot be accepted without a Tekdis RMA number, which is valid for fourteen days. When returning items back to us, the RMA number is to be clearly marked on the returned goods packaging (above the address), or goods will be refused upon arrival.

Once RMA # has been released, customer can ship in original packaging (if possible) to the below:

Cancellation of Orders

To ensure high levels of productivity and customer service, our ordering system is set up to immediately dispatch your order from our warehouse. This speedy process means there is little time to cancel an order from point of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, call us immediately so we can attempt to interrupt the order. If too much time has passed, the products may have already been shipped. If this is the case, we can follow the procedure of a refund, however the customer must return the goods to us and shipping costs will not be covered by Tekdis.


Incorrectly ordered goods

If you are not sure if the product you have ordered is the correct one, please contact us immediately.
As a rule we do not give credits for incorrectly ordered goods where the goods are over 30 days old from the invoice date.
All incorrectly ordered goods returns must be unopened and in "as new" condition otherwise credit will be rejected.
Items must be packaged in their original product box. We are unable to credit any returns without the original undamaged product box. Please use a different box for shipping so the original box is not marked with courier stickers, tape, tags or packing labels.
All incorrectly ordered goods returned to Tekdis will incur a 10% restocking fee.
It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges and insurance to Tekdis and to ensure you have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are shipped with 'receiver to pay' will be rejected by us, leaving the courier responsible.


Faulty goods

There are many occasions where the products are found not to be faulty. Please ensure you have performed a comprehensive inspection before returning any goods to us. Advanced replacement units will only be provided if units fail within the first 30 days from invoice. After this period units will be repaired and returned to the customer.

Please follow the above returns process.


All products packages must be sealed and secured to ensure they are not damaged or get lost in transit.
Once we have received the products, we will then evaluate them and contact you to advise the result.

TAT (Turn-Around-Time) :

Upon the receipt of returned goods, TEKDIS will TEST unit to confirm fault and where possible repair fault locally. If item is considered board level issue, then the unit will be sent back to the manufacturer in Taiwan with all cost met by Tekdis. RMAs sent back OS should be turned around within 2 calendar weeks (less than 30pcs), this time excludes shipping.


Time Frame for return:

DOA unit - 10 days + shipping
In-Warranty - 14 days + shipping
Out of Warranty - 14 days + shipping with quote provided before repair, all shipping cost to be met by customer!
